Publish once,deliver to everyone.
Helix is the secure exchange that replaces partners hammering your API. One encrypted upload, pushed to every approved consumer — verified on arrival, fully audited, never scraped.
Your API was never meant to be a delivery truck.
One producer we work with fielded 400+ bulk partner requests a day against ~4 million records. Every consumer crawled ~220 paginated calls each morning. Pages timed out, the database locked, and the site serving real customers slowed — while engineers firefought instead of building.
06:00:01 GET /api/numbers?page=1 partner-11 200
06:00:02 GET /api/numbers?page=2 partner-04 200
…
06:41:13 GET /api/numbers?page=184 partner-04 504
06:42:05 GET /api/numbers?page=212 partner-11 timeout
DB : connection pool exhausted
SITE : checkout latency degraded
04:00:09 helix sdk compress → encrypt → upload
04:00:31 encrypted → your isolated vault
04:00:32 published → 12 approved consumers
04:00:33 pushed · event-driven
04:01:10 secure downloads · integrity-verified
API : serving real-time traffic only
AUDIT : who, when, how many bytes
Each additional consumer costs you zero additional API capacity — fan-out is Helix's job now.
One upload in. N deliveries out.
Your export job runs wherever it already runs — any cloud, on-prem, a cron box. The SDK compresses, encrypts, and uploads. Helix verifies, fans out, and audits. Nobody polls anything.

Built for both strands.
Whether you generate the data or build on top of it, Helix is shaped to your responsibilities. Producers stay in control. Consumers stay informed.

Govern the agents, not just the endpoint.
AI agents are coming for your data — and they poll at machine speed. Helix ships an agent-native control plane, not an MCP endpoint bolted on. Every agent gets its own identity, scoped token, and policy — with per-agent rate limits you can set. And you keep a kill-switch.
- Per-agent identity — agents are first-class principals, never shared API keys.
- Scoped tokens — short-lived JWT with explicit scopes like dataset:read.
- Policy enforcement — every operation checked against the agent's allowed surface.
- Per-agent rate limits — read/write budgets per minute, per agent.
- Hash-chained audit — tamper-evident log of every agent action.
- Kill-switch — one flip suspends an agent, or all of them, instantly.
Others claim MCP as a delivery channel. Helix governs the agent itself — identity, policy, limits, audit, and an off switch.

Encrypted before it ever leaves you.
Helix is exchange-only by design. Data is encrypted client-side before it leaves the producer, sits encrypted at rest in isolated buckets, and is decrypted on the consumer's side. Helix does not access your payloads except with your explicit authorization — exactly as our privacy policy commits.
One bucket per producer.
Every producer gets a dedicated S3 bucket and a dedicated Helix-managed KMS key. No shared storage, no cross-tenant access paths, no exceptions.
Access that's yours to end.
Each consumer accesses data with their own scoped credentials and KMS key grants, gated by a producer-approved subscription. Revoke the subscription and access ends.
Every access, accounted.
Every upload and download is logged — producer, consumer, dataset, timestamp — for compliance. Agent actions carry a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail.
From partner polling to publish-once delivery.
A national telecom carrier runs on Helix to exchange number-inventory with its partners. Instead of partners crawling paginated API responses every morning, the snapshot is published once — compressed, encrypted, and fanned out to every approved consumer as a complete, verified file.
One library, three languages.
The Helix SDK handles authentication, encryption, multipart upload, schema verification, and retry logic. Drop it in your existing cron job — first publish in under ten minutes.
Publish a dataset
in minutes, not weeks.
One API across Python, Go, and Node/TypeScript. The Python SDK is open-source under MIT; the Go and TypeScript SDKs ship under our commercial license. We provision your bucket, key, and webhook on first call.

Pay for what moves.
Three tiers for consumers, each billed monthly or annually. Pay month-to-month at the base rate plus 15%, or pay annually at 12× the base and skip the surcharge — no long-term contract, no early-termination fee. Producers pay a base platform fee plus storage and keep 70% of every subscription. Enterprise is for volume transfer, custom SLAs, and dedicated support.
